,une maitrise des regles (nombreux jeux joués depuis des années)vous permettant meme d'adapter vos propres regles spéciales tournoi et ludo au jeu!!! Exclamation

et précieux+++pour eux avec les remous de ces derniers mois et la concurrence tjrs féroce....enfin un vivier de potentiels nouveaux joueurs à atteindre(peut-etre un jour juste pour peindre les figouzes?on verra...)et surtout et c'est pas des moindres ils verront avec la qualité des décors et la peinture des figs qu'ils n'ont ni affaire à des guignols ni des manchots affraid

...et puis zon ka aller sur le forum de la ludo ou sur le site...et zieuter un coup!!!l'apport linguistique de GWAIHIR n'est pas negligeable....je ne vois aucun point noir dans cette magnifique candidature à tout point de vu si ce n'est peut-etre un certain "ELLITISME" Evil or Very Mad

2 – Please describe your groups gaming experience.

We are a group of skilled and experienced players. We all are playing model wargame for at least 10 years (often much more than that). Among the games we have played (or are still playing), you will find a lot of different games, Warhammer/Warhammer 40k, Lord of the Rings, Warmachine/Hordes, Confrontation, Infinity, Uncharted Seas and others. Most of us have already participated to gaming convention or game competition. Our club also organize each year some of the most important Warhammer 40k competition in France each year.

3 – How familiar is your group with Cipher Studios and Hell Dorado?

About Helldorado, most of us are playing since the release of the game by Asmodee. We own and play all of 6 factions existing in game (and we have at least one of each faction painted among the members), and we are willing to discover and play any new model or faction that may come next.

Tournaments Organization:

We organized, in the past few years, 3 Helldorado’s tournaments, open to public, and advertized on the Helldorado Asmodee’s forum. These tournaments counted up to 12 competitors.

Campaign organization:

Last year (2009 – 2010 season), we also organized and played an Helldorado campaign, it has been organized in faction teams where each of them had to fight the others (exception for the Mercenaries, who actually were hired by other factions).

The campaign was split in 4 chapters, linked together by a global story line, were factions could get advantages (or disadvantages), depending on their results on each chapter. There were, for each of them, 3 different “tracks” giving, for each victory, a different type of points in the campaign (Money for supply and equipment, ranking points for the general ranking, etc.). Each track had, for each chapter, an associated specific scenario, most of the time a customization of an official one (or even an original creation).

Each chapter lasted around 3 months, and was concluded by a last multiplayer game (usually 4 players), to gain some specific bonuses for the next one. This last game of the chapter also had a customized scenario, which made the link between the different chapters.

For the campaign, a specific hellish environment has also been designed and created, including several customized rules. The environment was based on an area, crossed by very strong winds which could change direction during the game, and add effects on the movement capabilities of the models. It could push models depending on their previous action during the previous turn. Some specific movable objects have also been introduced, who could move depending of the wind, and could impact models to impact them (Cause or heal damage, teleport the model in a small distance or change the model from one available in the gamers side).

There have been around 15 to 20 players involved during the year, and above 80 games played. (In the end, Immortal won, followed by Saracens and Demons).

About Cipher’s other games, we don’t have any real experience about them.

4 – What do you feel is the biggest strength of your group as play testers?

One of our strength is that we all are very fond of Helldorado game, and we really want to see it continuing existing and evolving. We are very motivated and experienced in this game, this allows us to have a good analysis on what could possibly be wrong in a new set of rules or a new model that can be created for the game. We also already have a fair idea of what are the weaknesses of the existing rule set.

Our club also gives us the capability of playing regularly, with high quality gaming board and premises. The number of member in our group will allow us to make sure that we will be able to play at least one game a week in our club, sometime more than that. We also have several player types in our group, from the very experienced “hard” gamer, to the more rookie one, that should allow us to test all kind of situation that may occur for other players.

Après reste à voir si ce sera suffisant pour être retenu. Après tout, d'autres critères peuvent être déterminants comme par exemple des débutants dans le jeu qui découvrent tout avec un regard neuf et sans préjugés.

Très simple : On prend une problématique, on lance le sujet, on débat dessus, tout le monde donne son avis, les personnes concerné directement ou pas... Certains font des propositions, d'autres les critiquent ou les approuvent. Mais a la fin, quoi qu'il en soit, c'est Alester qui décide, et tout ca en fonction de SES propres parties. Surtout vu que c'est lui qui remonte l'info chez Asmo bien sur! Donc on se retrouve avec des conneries complétement ridicules, comme les berbères, Alvaro ou encore le pseudo UP d'Eutricilla (on sent a des Km qu'ils savaient pas quoi faire avec)

Enfin bref, c'est pas spécialement orienté contre ce cher Alester, mais plutôt d'un état d'esprit qui avait pris HD !! Un noyau dur de joueurs qui n'écoutent rien du tout mais qui a le droit de passage exclusif chez les développeurs !! Donc on se base sur leur expériences en priorité, sachant que pour la plus parts, jouent comme des merdes !!

(Tu m'inquiètes pour les Berbères, certes je suis sarrasin mais je les trouve pas si fumés, pas assez chers peut être...)

Sinon ton complice Worm a lancé deux intéressants sujets sur le forum de la Porte des Enfers, l'un sur les tireurs, l'autre sur les lémures qui bloquent les tirs.

Typiquement des sujets intéressants à traiter concernant l'équilibre du jeu.

Je trouve que ce sont des bonnes idées :

- les lémures ne sont plus pris en compte pour les tirs.
- on peut recharger en focalisant et çà, sur un jeu de mouvement comme Helldo, ça leur redonnerait un intérêt.

Pareil, à mon avis une autre règle à abandonner c'est la Concentration. Ca sert plus sur grand chose et ça entraîne un paquet de confusion.

Elle pourrait être éliminée au profit de la Focalisation sauf cas particulieroù ce serait explicitement décrit que la fig ne peut rien faire d'autre.

Par exemple s'éteindre en focalisant amènerait plus de dynamisme par exemple.

Non on ne versera pas dans la dérive autoritaire.
On essaiera de remonter uniquement à Cipher des avis majoritaires, où au pire on fera une synthèse des différents avis.
Je promet pas de transmettre les moindres idées et avis de chacun mais plutot un point de vue qui rassemble la majorité (avec une pondération pour ceux qui ont réellement testé par rapport à des avis sur le papier). De toute façon, je pense qu'on sera "testeurs" plus que "proposeurs"...

Est ce que ca veut dire qu'il n'y a plus de besoin de testeurs ? je ne sais pas... 2 mois entre la demande de groupes de tests et l'envoi du bouquin à l'impression, ca me semble court, mais bon...

En tout cas, si je n'ai pas de réponse d'ici une semaine, j'enverrai une relance, histoire qu'on soit fixés.

Non, à mon avis les deux aspects sont décorrélés. Les groupes de testeurs c'est pour l'évolution future du jeu, développement de nouveaux profils, équilibrage et tutti quanti.
